for Positive Wellness
Caz, our watercolour painting instructor, has a genuine and deep-rooted passion for imparting the positive benefits of this art form to others. Her personal exploration of watercolour painting during the pandemic led her to discover its positive effects in terms of calming, relieving stress and anxiety, and adding a little balance in her life. In her classes, she simply encourages participants to trust the process, explore some artistic playfulness, and simply breathe out without any pressure or judgement on outcomes. Additionally, Caz incorporates various unwinding and relaxation techniques to further enrich the experience. By joining her class, you will have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals on a similar journey and share in the positive wellness benefits of this beautiful medium. The class runs for 1 hour in the evening and focuses primarily on promoting a relaxing space to paint in, connection with others in a supportive environment. We would love to see you there!
